3. Sales and Payments
All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable. Payment terms will be specified in your individual contract. Payment must be received in full before any final deliverables are provided.

4. Copyright and Licensing
All photographs and works produced by Gleissner Photography are protected by copyright law. Gleissner Photography retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing agreement. Clients are granted a limited license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon in their contract. Any additional usage or reproduction of the images beyond the agreed-upon terms requires written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating fully with Gleissner Photography to ensure successful completion of the photography services. This includes timely communication and availability for scheduled sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability
Gleissner Photography will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services.

7. Modifications to Terms
Gleissner Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the local municipality. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in local municipality.
